Experience
I am a tutor who has vast experience in the field of writing, with additional emphasis on literature and research. I earned my bachelor's degree in English with an emphasis in creative writing at the University of Southern Mississippi, and I earned my master's degree in Library and Information Study at the University of Alabama. I believe that writing is my strong suit, and I take pride in teaching my students how to understand and craft papers that include a good outline, well-suited tone, and are properly referenced. I believe that we all learn differently, and I work with all of my students on a one-to-one basis, so I can better understand their individual learning style, and help them learn and improve in the subject they are studying. I enjoy working with students from 6th grade to 12 grade, and I can also help with college essays and AP English and composition. In addition to assisting students with writing and reading, I am also able to help with ACT test prep, such as ACT Reading and ACT Writing. Writing is my passion and hobby, but I also enjoy reading, literature, and critiquing film. I also like to get outside by biking and jogging.
